The place was fabulous and romantic and the staff were competent, the location was stunning right by the pier. We had a wonderful bedroom. Had a work desk, tea/coffee making equipment, and satellite television. The service was good and the pool was nice.

The staff here is very friendly and welcoming to guests, providing excellent customer service.

The restaurant was pleasant with assorted menu and great ambiance here, I had fresh dishes. The view of the beach and sea was gorgeous. Good location, London Heathrow airport was 1 km away.

The rooms where very nice, the swimmingpool was fantastic and the restarants was very good. The staff was always smiling and very helpful.

The rooms didnt have free seewiew on all of them and thats whats expected

a verandah is why we chose it. vikasa life cafe, where you can eat, is within walking distance the hotel. the free wi fi was here available.

samui cliff resort was a great way for me and my fiance to spend whilst visiting koh samui, it isromantic and chilled out. The hotel staff were excelent and the food was lovley, the the rooms were very well presentedand very clean. Also great vievs over the ocean.

The rooms are really nice .. Clean, tidy , jacuzzi bath is amazing, the views are really nice !!! Hotel staff are really nice and it's a 5 Min bus rude in to chawang beach !!!

Well the swimmy pool was really nice !!! And next to it you had a sign saying pool bar!! The pool bar is a run down building really tatty and all there was is one bottle of vodka which was empty on a shelve !!! Nobody was ever there!! So when you wanted a drink you had to keep going into the restaurant which was a pain!!

the location is in a peaceful and nice area with a market and shops nearby. the room was modern, reasonably large, and had a balcony with a view over the cliffs. the hotel is located just 3 km away from the Great Barn.

A truly fantastic location, wonderful rooms and views, great staff and facilities - appreciated the hourly shuttle to and from the beach - the driver even ran me down to the supermarket one evening to get some stuff - great service. Fantastic value for money. The breakfast was great too, good freshly cooked food and a wide variety. The whle place was very clean and well kept. I would definately go there again if I visited koh Samui.

One morning we had breakfast early as we were going out for the day and the fly covers had not been put on the fruit so there were some flies on it - I let them know and they sorted it - an isoltaed incident I imagine from our experience of the hotel.

The rooms are cozy and the jacuzi was very nice. The rooms are comfortable the view was nice especially it is right next to the beach cliff. Be ready to climb stairs since the entire facility is at a cliff, I recommend renting a scooter or a car since the hotel is in between the busy streets of Chaweng Beach and Lamai Beach.

Perfect seaview, one of the best on Koh Samui! Good breakfast, nice jacuzzi with a seaview window as well. The pool is also awesome.
